What kind of honey do you sell?

Depends on the time of the year we offer different types:

• Spring honey is our soft set variety. Creamy & light, it's foraged from rapeseed, hawthorn and plum blossom in Somerset and is the perfect honey for spreading on your morning toast.
• Autumn Harvest Honey is a blend of nectar from fall-blooming wildflowers and late-season produce. You can enjoy this honey with crackers by the fireplace to enjoy its Autumn undertones. It is darker in color and more robust in flavor. Our "RAW HONEY" is honey in its purest form: never heated or filtered.
